Mr Corbyn also revealed he had not decided whether he would stand down if Labour loses the election.

Battling to assert control over his own divided Labour Party as well as to convince the country at large, he sought to tap into widespread voter frustration with the political elite on Thursday (Friday NZ Time).

Stewart Edge, chairman of Waverley Liberal Democrats, said: "As Waverley voted 58 per cent to Remain in the European Union, we will be working hard locally to show voters the Liberal Democrats are the party to give a voice to their concerns and represent their views".

"Or are we going to be a country that works to make the rich even richer?" I know which side I'm on, you know which side you're on.

"It's our historic duty to make sure the people prevail". It's real people telling real stories of what they think will happen - emotion will win this election not facts.

Labour was reportedly considering calling for a second referendum to win over Remain voters who may be tempted to switch to the Liberal Democrats, who have promised a national poll on the final UK-EU deal.

"The nurse, the teacher, the small trader, the carer, the builder, the office worker win".

"It is a five-year plan that is always five years in the future as they continue to cut the budgets of English local authorities and the health service, underfund the Government of Wales and damage the life chances of those with disabilities, damage the life chances of so many others".

North Korean state media warns of 'super-mighty pre-emptive strike'
One propaganda film previous year featured animation of a North Korean, nuclear-tipped ICBM striking New York City. Almost a month ago, the totalitarian nation released a fiery video with scenes including troops blowing up a U.S.

"But of course, they don't want us to win. They're quite right I don't", he said in extracts of his speech released beforehand. "And if a Labour Government is elected on 8 June, then we won't play by their rules either".

"It is these rules that have allowed a cosy cartel to rig the system in favour of a few powerful and wealthy individuals and corporations".

In addition, reports The Independent, the father of three has vowed to "overturn the rigged system" of which he feels the government has full control.

British prime ministers used to be free to hold a general election whenever they felt like it, but new laws passed by former PM David Cameron changed that.

Highlighted by the Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn in a speech in the Conservative constituency of Cardiff North today, the analysis reveals that the pressure on school places is now starting to affect secondary schools, with an increase in the number of pupils in "very large classes" in the a year ago. The Conservatives will never do that.

"Seven years of Tory failure and broken promises have left our schools in a bad state", he said.

"Why vote for a poor imitation, that has overseen an increase in child poverty and the biggest increase in the working poor since devolution, when you can have the real thing in the progressive Labour Party".
