He's wanted on an aggravated murder charge in the Sunday shooting death of a 74-year-old retiree.
A second video circulated on social media showed him talking to someone, and claimed that he had "snapped" and that he killed 13 people, and that he will keep killing "until they catch" him.

Authorities in OH gave an update on the manhunt for Facebook killing suspect Steve Stephens that has stretched into a third day Tuesday. "I woke up Friday and I just couldn't take it anymore, I just left", he added. But police wouldn't speculate on what was behind it.
In the video, Stephens names a woman and tells the victim, Robert Godwin Sr., that "she's the reason that this is about to happen to you". "I am sorry that all of this has happened".
He said his father, a retired foundry worker, collected aluminum cans and often walked with a plastic shopping bag, picking cans up if he saw them on ground. The behavioral health agency where he worked said an extensive background check before he was hired turned up nothing worrisome.
"As a result of this awful series of events, we are reviewing our reporting flows to be sure people can report videos and other material that violates our standards as easily and quickly as possible", Justin Osofsky, a Facebook vice president, said in a blog post.

Facebook vice president Justin Osofsky said the company was reviewing the procedure that users go through to report videos and other material that violates the social media platform's standards.
"We disabled the suspect's account within 23 minutes of receiving the first report about the murder video, and two hours after receiving a report of any kind".
According to the timeline, Facebook never received a report about the first video Stephens uploaded, and only received a report about the final video after the live feed had ended.
Law enforcement officials said his cellphone signal was last detected on Sunday afternoon in Erie, Pennsylvania, about 100 miles (160 kilometers) east of Cleveland.
Police reported getting dozens and dozens of tips, and nine schools in Philadelphia were locked down Monday while authorities investigated possible sightings of Stephens. But they said there was no sign he was actually there.
Officers searched dozens of places around Cleveland without finding Stephens or any other victims before expanding the manhunt.
At the time of writing, Steve Stephens is still on the run and police have warned citizens in Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan and NY to be on high alert - but they admit the killer could be anywhere.
