The 27-year-old singer was due to tie the knot with her fiancé, Andrew "Fergie" Ferguson - who proposed in February 2016 - in NY over the weekend, but she opted to be side of stage at the "I Want You So Hard" rockers' show in Seattle, over 2,000 miles away, on Saturday (15.04.17) night instead.
Uh oh - looks like Elle King may have a new "ex" to sing about.
Last June, King got a tattoo of Ferguson's name across her chest.
But there was clearly a change of plan as later that night Elle shared an Instagram video of herself rocking out watching Eagles Of Death Metal on stage in Seattle. "I married Rock & Roll instead, so I hopped on tour with EAGLES OF F***ING DEATH METAL", King captioned the video, punctuating with many heavy metal hand sign emojis. However, fans became suspicious when she posted a photo with girlfriends on March 28 with the caption "All my single ladies " using the middle finger emoji.
Her last reference to her Scottish fiancé was February 19, when she posted lyrics to a song she'd seemingly written for him, with the words "For my Fergie" at the bottom.
Andrew, who is Scottish, proposed to the singer under the Golden Gate Bridge in San Fransisco just 12 days after they met, according to Elle.
