The tears of the WWE Universe were flowing tonight as one, if not the, all-time greatest superstar to ever step inside a WWE ring called it a career.
It was brutal. The match saw the Undertaker chokeslam Roman through the announcer's table, before Roman speared the Deadman through the Spanish announce table.
The fact that the match came at WrestleMania was all the more poignant considering his relationship with the WWE's premier annual event. The match was the climax of The Undertaker's career and beginning of an end for Michaels' career.
Cageside Seats reports that former wrestlers like "The Nature Boy" Rick Flair and Mick Foley reacted on Twitter, with Flair saying that Taker is "the biggest Star in the History of WWE". There were chair-shots some "Chokeslams" and "Last Rides".
Following The Phenom's loss to Reigns, he left his gloves, jacket and hat in the ring before descending under the stage to close the show.

After getting the positive news, Day says he feels "a lot lighter" as he prepares for his seventh Masters campaign. Obviously, I'm playing well coming into this week, so hopefully I can continue that success".
With the Big Dog potentially being 'Taker's last opponent, it will make fans wonder who else could have faced him?
It is going to be extremely hard for the wrestling world to move forward without him as he has been a part of it for three decades.
Taker's retirement felt like a case of sooner rather than later and many had speculated and dreamed about a final hurrah with Kane that would see both retire. He held the Universal Championship title for 28 days before dropping the belt to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33 on Sunday.
What did you think about the match between The Undertaker and Roman Reigns, HollywoodLifers?
